Dasiphora fruticosa

(shrubby cinquefoil)

Habitat:Fens, calcareous containing calcium wetlands, the upper portion of beaches and low sandy areas, cliffs, balds, meadows and fields, ridges or ledges, shores of rivers or lakes. Prefers full sun, moist conditions, and a sandy or rocky soil containing calcium. The pH of the soil should be slightly acid to alkaline.
